	Cooking class Clase de cocina Become a Basque chef for a day and learn how to cook some of the most tradicional Basque dishes : “ Merluza a la Koxkera” ( Hake in green sauce ), “Marmitako” ( a stew with tuna and potatoes , “ Chipirones Pelayos “ ( Squid with onion), Rape al horno ( Monkfish in the oven), “Pimientos rellenos de bacalao o carne” ( Red peppers with codfish or meat), Wild Mushrooms with Idiazabal Cheese, Lamb, Anchovies in many different styles……etc. Depending on the season the chef will cook some of these dishes.In the market the Chef will show us how to choose the best ingredients. Then, in a “Sociedad Gastronómica” (Private Gastronomic Club )we will cook and eat the food.
